Job description

Assist Head Training or Conduct and Facilitate Bi-Weekly New Hire Orientation.
Conduct TNA and understand Training Needs through various sources.
Facilitate in creating the Buddy Program.
Conduct the Fire Safety drill.
Create the Quarterly, Monthly, Yearly Training Plan, for themselves.
Assist and Guide the outlet team in their Training activities.
Assist the HOD in Conducting and Facilitating Train-the-Trainer.
Conducting or Facilitate HR in REX Survey (Once a Quarter)
Assist staff engaged in a Supervisor program/position to develop their leadership skills
Assist associates engaged in their IDP.
Check on the learning requirement as per the outlet / rank.
Assist HOD in implementation of e-Learning initiatives instruction, on-site support and all courses in Quizlet / LMS.
Assist managers in individualized Growth Action Plans.
Create specific training programs to fill the training gaps, if any, in the outlet.
Conduct Pre-opening training to cover the Food, Beverage, Service and Brand basics in all outlets.
Assist in New menu roll-out or Launch of a Food festival.
Conduct the Soft skills training.
Assist HOD in Hygiene audits and all FSSAI related activities.
Assist HOD in Once in a Quarter BPE audits.
Conduct team members knowledge tests.
